Job descriptionWork and dress safely (wear proper protective equipment, demonstrate safe use of machinery and equipment, etc.). Adhere to all relevant company policies, procedures, and instructions. Follow all required procedures as outlined / identified. Manufacture steel automotive parts using automated and hand transfer presses, robotics welders, and other machinery. Ensure the production of quality parts and compliance with parameters outlined in the Quality in Process Inspection Report QA III. Carry out duties safely according to the Health and Safety Policy and Government legislation, ensuring safety for yourself and coworkers. Maintain cleanliness of the workstation at all times. Perform other duties as assigned. Production Supervisor Minimum grade 12 diploma. Previous factory or related work experience (e.g., construction, farming). Ability to stand throughout the shift, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive motions. Familiarity with automotive / manufacturing environment. Ability to operate all required equipment safely. Medical, dental, prescription, vision, life, and disability insurance. RRSP retirement savings plan.
