GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  • To produce a quality product in a safe and efficient manner.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  • Work and dress safely (wear proper protective equipment, demonstrate safe use of machinery and equipment, etc.).
  • Adhere to all relevant company policies, procedures, and instructions.
  • Follow all required procedures as outlined / identified.
  • Manufacture steel automotive parts using automated and hand transfer presses, robotics welders, and other machinery.
  • Ensure the production of quality parts and compliance with parameters outlined in the Quality in Process Inspection Report QA III.
  • Carry out duties safely according to the Health and Safety Policy and Government legislation, ensuring safety for yourself and coworkers.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the workstation at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • REPORTING STRUCTURE :

  • Production Supervisor

    • POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum grade 12 diploma.
  • Previous factory or related work experience (e.g., construction, farming).
  • Ability to stand throughout the shift, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive motions.
  • Familiarity with automotive / manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to operate all required equipment safely.
