Job Description
Are you passionate about optimizing website performance and driving organic traffic? We're on the lookout for an experienced Technical SEO Lead to spearhead our client's corporate site strategy.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive technical SEO strategies.
- Craft compelling SEO proposals that secure approval.
- Collaborate with the SEO Manager to align annual roadmaps with traffic and conversion goals.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Manage and coordinate technical SEO projects in line with business objectives.
- Create project plans, ensure timely implementation, and manage SEO tickets.
- Generate insightful reports on technical SEO performance and trends.
- Analyze data to measure impact and guide strategy adjustments.
- Communicate progress and challenges effectively to the team and stakeholders.
- Ensure quality assurance of technical implementations and collaborate with developers for issue resolution.
Technical Skills :
- Proficient in crawlability, renderability, and indexability optimization.
- Experience optimizing for Core Web Vitals and improving page speed scores.
- Familiarity with SEO automation and scaling of content and links.
- Understanding of front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Schema Markup, etc.
- Skills in bot behavior monitoring, server log analysis, crawl budget optimization, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, SSR, CDN / pre-render.
- Ability to ensure metadata integrity, optimize internal linking, manage Hreflang tags, canonicals, redirects, and cannibalization strategies.
Qualifications :
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with tools like Botify, Screaming Frog, Brightedge, OnCrawl, SEMrush, Ahrefs, JIRA (or similar).
