Position Title : Corporate Sales Executive

Location : Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

Work Term : Permanent - Full Time

Working Hours : Primarily remote, with in-office attendance as required based on project needs.

In this role, you'll cultivate new customer relationships, boost sales, and maintain strong profit margins. As the face of our business, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring consistent growth by delivering exceptional customer service and fostering loyalty.

What Awaits You : Your role will be diverse, involving various responsibilities to meet project and client demands :

Networking & Sales :

  • Identify and generate new project prospects through proactive sales initiatives and building professional relationships with retailers, designers, brands, and agencies involved in new store development or display projects.
  • Impress key stakeholders by showcasing our exceptional products and projects through engaging and persuasive presentations.
  • Stay informed on market trends and actively seek profitable opportunities to support organizational growth.
  • Utilize both standard and custom-created marketing materials to attract new clients.
  • Track and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Increase the number of RFQs from existing clients by introducing our new products and capabilities.
  • Set clear expectations with clients regarding timelines for quotes and projects.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
  • Execute a nuanced follow-up process to successfully onboard new clients.

What You’ll Need to Succeed :

  • A proven track record of 10+ years in a similar role within the retail fixture, display, or point-of-purchase industries.
  • Ability to ideate and design on the spot with clients, with a strong industrial design mindset and knowledge of materials (metal, millwork, plastics).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and capability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A valid driver's license with access to an automobile.

Compensation : $130,000 - $200,000 + Commission + Benefits
