Inventory Planner (Entry-Level Opportunity)

Description :

• They are the link between the company and suppliers.
• They will review each contract with different clients; for example, their responsibility is to ensure that inventory is healthy the supplier by making sure that pieces arrive on time.
• If parts are late or cannot be used, they will have to follow up with supplier and provide an alternate part that can be sent.
• This person will be working with the purchasing department to coordinate delivery and escalations (expediting the parts).
• This position is customer facing, they will have to interact with customer in meetings to go over KPI.
• They will be working in JDE they will review the raw data (back order, open order report or what is owed to the customer).
• With this raw data they will be exporting to excel, which they will manipulate data into VLOOKUP, pivot tables and present their findings to the client.
• They have a pipeline report, after exporting data it goes into pipeline report, this report provides action items that they need to do.

Example : lead time or expedite parts or if there is a gap.

Most of the communication will be bilingual with internal and external teams.

Skills & Qualifications :

• 1 years of inventory planning experience or recent supply chain grad with a stage
• Bilingual (Verbal and written) - THIS IS A MUST
• Excel experience VLOOKUP / pivot tables
• Experience with ERP system
• Strong analytical skills
