Your daily role Reporting to the Inventory Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage, control, and report on the movement and quantities on hand of inventory for finished goods, raw product, and packaging materials to maintain the highest level of accuracy.
- THE ROLE : - Collaborate and work with the Operations team, internal warehouses, and external warehouse as it relates to inventory transactions both manual and EDI;
- Analyze, approve, and report on various inventory adjustments transactions related to finished goods, semi-finished goods, raw product / ingredients, and packaging materials;
- Lead, monitor, and report on the results of our regular inventory cycle count process; - Perform monthly reconciliation of external warehouses and / or product inventory;
- Review, validate, and code invoices (assign expense GL codes) received from external warehouses, pallet rental companies, and external co-pack services;
- Utilizing our IT systems, extract, analyze and convert data into concise presentable format for KPI reporting; - Provide solutions to the business for product issues such as aged and / or obsolete components;
- Maintain Standardized Operating Procedures over inventory and provide evolution based on best practices; - Support the Customer Service Desk with inventory related matters.
- Resolve order shortages, support customer invoicing and open customer order issues; - Support the Quality Department with tracking status and locations;
- Work directly with co-packers regarding work order reconciliation and co-pack volume tracking. Your profile - 3 years of experience in the field of stock / inventory control;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English; - Superior organizational and prioritization skills;
- Good computer skills / Advanced knowledge of Excel and / or Google Sheets; - Autonomous and able to perform multiple tasks throughout the day;
- Team spirit and flexibility to respond to changing requirements; - Results-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
