Job Description

We are looking for a  Yard Supervisor  to join our team in Hamilton, Ontario! You will play a crucial role in maintaining productivity while fostering a safe and organized work environment.

What you're responsible for :

• Organizing and coordinating daily yard activities to ensure efficiency
• Assigning tasks to yard employees and monitoring workflow to meet daily operational goals
• Providing hands on support and guidance to team members
• Ensuring materials are sorted, processed and handled properly
• Motivating and encouraging employees to maintain productivity
• Communicating expectations and ensuring tasks are carried out accordingly
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and identifying opportunities for improvement
