RESPONSIBILITIES
- Internal and external collaboration with Landscape Architects, Architects, Engineers and Planners.
- Develop creative technical solutions and prepare visually compelling graphic presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of conceptual design, design development and construction documents including details and specifications.
- Manage multiple projects, budgets and effectively meet deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of design briefs, cost estimates and technical reports.
- Manage client and stakeholder expectations, consultant coordination, and approvals.
- Ensure project deliverables comply with local standards and contract requirements.
- Assist with contract administration and site inspections.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Landscape Architect
- Member or Associate Member of APALA or eligibility for membership
- Preference given to candidates with knowledge of :
- BIM principles & workflows
- REVIT software
- AutoCAD software
- Civil3D and Rhino
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Microsoft 365 environment
