Job description

Adecco is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Mississauga, ON. This is a temporary to possibly permanent position offering a competitive hourly wage of $22. The successful candidate will handle customer service inquiries, assist with email, and phone communication, and help resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment and work with a collaborative team.

  • Pay rate : $22 / hour.
  • Location : Mississauga, ON
  • Shifts : Monday-Friday 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm
  • Job type : Temporary to Permanent possible | Full-time

    • Responsibilities :

  • Process customer service inquiries through email on the CRM system.
  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communicate with carriers via email or phone as needed to resolve issues or inquiries.
  • Manage and respond to a high volume of customer emails in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues with patience and respect.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality.

    • Requirements :

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of patience and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize large volumes of tasks, including emails.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
  • Ability to remain focused and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
