Compensation & Hours :

Assist with data entry, and record maintenanceProcess parts orders, invoices, and related documentationSupport inventory tracking and updates within internal systemsCoordinate with the team to ensure parts availability and accuracyRespond to inquiries related to parts orders and statusProcessing digital ordersSupport day-to-day administrative functions within the parts departmentRequired Qualifications :
Previous experience in an administrative or parts-related roleStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable working with computers, databases, and inventory or ERP systemsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills and a team-oriented approachReliable and dependable with a strong work ethicBonus Points For :
