Job Description

  • Partner with senior, multiple and / or executive stakeholders to conduct planning and to develop the project charter, goals, objectives and delivery methodology.
  • Demonstrates management of full project lifecycle for multiple initiatives or workstreams varying in complexity and stakeholders, ensuring the effective execution of large or complex projects to deliver a product or solution that satisfies stakeholder expectations and achieves project success criteria
  • Track and monitor process, identify and manage variances and changes, and distribute information and reports on a timely and informative basis.
  • Facilitate the completion of an organizational change management assessment and work with the business to prepare an organizational change management
  • Responsible for project delivery and client / stakeholder satisfaction and relationship management
  • To maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project
  • To lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team
  • To manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
  • To take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
  • Any other work related tasks or duties deemed required and assigned by the management / line manager.

Qualifications

  • Solid program / project management experience in capital markets, investment management or other financial industries
  • Previous consulting experience with managing complex programs (multiple projects) in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and understand their respective blinders.
  • Ability to challenge the stakeholders when work isn't being done and speak their respective languages.
  • Results oriented with ability to work effectively under consistent time and workload pressures.
  • Capability to function with a high degree of autonomy, but effectively seek guidance when issues are of relative criticality, strategic importance or have an enterprise impact.
