Join RBC’s Manager, Client Implementation (Trade) role and become a critical member of our Implementation and Integration team.
What is the opportunity?
Lead commercial and corporate clients through the end‑to‑end implementation and integration of core trade products, ensuring seamless delivery of tailored solutions and an exceptional client experience.
What will you do?
- Develop a deep understanding of the core trade product suite and how each product can enable large and complex businesses.
- Analyze clients’ product requirements to create and execute a tailored implementation plan.
- Lead multiple implementation cases simultaneously, ensuring onboarding and implementation plans progress in accordance with established expectations.
- Engage partners for critical activities that support the implementation process.
- Collaborate with a broader Implementation and Integration Team in Commercial Banking to identify, plan, and deliver exceptional implementation solutions based on clients’ operational requirements.
- Facilitate a seamless transition to servicing partners upon completion, giving clients clarity and confidence in their products, services, and available support.
- French language proficiency preferred.
What do you need to succeed?
Must‑have
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated excellence in a financial service role involving client interactions focused on trade finance and / or leading projects.Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.Proficiency in business acumen and ability to provide meaningful advice.Proven track record of delivering an exceptional client experience.Experience with emerging communications and technology (e.g., web‑based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications).Nice‑to‑have
Post‑secondary education in business administration or financial management (e.g., BBA, B. of Commerce) or equivalent work experience.What’s in it for you?
