En tant qu'estimateur en électricité, vous serez chargé de :
Examiner et comprendre les spécifications et les plans des travaux, puis suivre le processus d'estimation afin d'élaborer des offres compétitives.
Effectuer des visites du site/de l'appel d'offres afin de recouper les plans, d'éviter les interférences sur le site et d'identifier des solutions proactives.
Réaliser le calcul des matériaux et de la main-d'œuvre à l'aide d'un logiciel d'estimation afin d'élaborer des devis précis.
Communiquer avec les clients afin de recueillir des informations, de clarifier les spécifications, la formulation, etc.
Coordonner avec les sous-traitants et les fournisseurs afin d'obtenir les prix à inclure dans le devis final fourni au client.
Participer à la clôture de l'appel d'offres, y compris à la réunion d'examen des offres, etc.
Participer à la réunion de transfert avec l'équipe de gestion du projet après l'attribution du marché.
Notre candidat idéal possède :
Au moins cinq (5) ans d'expérience en estimation dans le secteur de la construction électrique.
Un diplôme ou un certificat en génie électrique ou une formation équivalente et/ou une expérience professionnelle.
Une expérience de Microsoft Office ; la maîtrise d'Accubid Pro et/ou Enterprise, Live Count est un atout certain.
