Summary

We are seeking a motivated and proactive professional to support the execution of Strategy & Operations (S&O) Community initiatives. In this 1 year fixed term employment role , you will contribute to driving engagement among S&O Managers, help maintain and enhance digital community resources, and collaborate with senior client stakeholders to support the planning and delivery of strategic events and offsites. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, creative communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset to help foster a vibrant and impactful S&O Community.

Please note that the working hours for this role will be aligned to Pacific Time Zone.

What will your typical day look like?

As a Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the Strategy & Operations (S&O) Community. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and facilitating community meetings, collaborating with senior stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and events, and contributing to the development and maintenance of digital community resources. You will also engage in project management activities, support the creation of engaging communications and visual materials, and help foster a collaborative and informed community environment. Throughout your work, you will be expected to demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.

You are someone with :

  • 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in strategy, operations, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting collaboration with senior client stakeholders to brainstorm, analyze, and refine strategic initiatives and opportunities.
  • Ability to proactively manage assigned projects or workstreams independently, seeing them through from planning to execution with appropriate oversight.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering accurate, well-organized, and high-quality work across project management and presentations.
  • Demonstrated creative thinking and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate concepts and information into engaging and impactful visual materials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience building relationships and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders.

    The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
