If you enjoy working with others and thrive in a collaborative work environment, we would love to hear from you! Urban Systems is currently looking for a Project Administrator to support our company-wide People Stewardship team.

We do things a little differently around here; you won’t find an HR department,’ but you will find a passionate and collaborative people stewardship team dedicated to creating a positive and engaging work environment where people grow, develop, and thrive across Urban.

Our team is comprised of 8 individuals who work together to meet the needs of recruitment to learning to employee engagement.

We are looking to add a talented professional who will work alongside the team, gain exposure, and contribute to the multi-faceted nature of our work.

Do you see yourself excited to contribute to and support

  • Recruitment Support - Company-wide recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and posting jobs to our external job board and third-party websites / job boards.
  • Systems Maintenance Maintain monthly hire and de-hire tracking, support the promotion of LinkedIn Learning, and ensure various systems and initiative tracking are up to date.
  • Internal Learning Support - Coordination of company-wide learning events related to event logistics, preparing workshop materials, coordinating catering, scheduling events, attending planning meetings, and distributing and summarizing evaluations / surveys.
  • Communication - Various communication needs within the team, such as creating and publishing our internal team newsletter, creating one-page employee information sheets / slides for staff meetings, updating documents and templates, and drafting and coordinating posts on our intranet.
  • Financial Administration team accounts payable, Visa reconciliation, and invoice payments.
  • Other project coordination and administrative duties and responsibilities as required.

About You

This position is best suited for a candidate with approximately three years of related experience working in a team environment.

This position will have a salary range of $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The range is negotiable based on your skillset and experience.
