Reporting to the Manager Operations, the Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of the projects job site.
What You'll Do Here:
- Learn, interpret, and apply organizational policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
- Process and distribute invoices to appropriate departments for review and approval
- Prepare and submit project billing in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate and prepare job packages and project documentation
- Compile and prepare monthly financial data and reports
- Maintain organized and accurate data tracking and filing systems
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required
What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience in an administrative role, with construction industry experience considered an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Professional and effective communication with all levels of staff, from frontline employees to senior leadership
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with financial or accounting software is considered a strong asset
Salary: The expected salary for this position is $55,000 - 60,000 annual.
Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience and unique skills.
