We’re looking for an experienced Plant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our production floor, includingassembly, system testing, and delivery. You’ll manage cross-functional teamsand collaborate with vendors to ensure excellence in quality, efficiency, andon-time delivery. If you have a background in machine manufacturing orelectronics manufacturing, this role will excel your skills in automationequipment manufacturing!

Responsibilities

• Drive Daily Ops – Own the floor. Leadassembly, commissioning, and testing to deliver excellence on every system.
• Optimize Supply Chains – Build strongvendor relationships and negotiate smart contracts that keep us ahead of thecurve.
• Streamline Inventory – Ensure criticalparts are always where they need to be—before they're needed.
• Boost Productivity – Identifybottlenecks. Launch lean initiatives. Drive continuous improvement.
• Champion Quality – Maintain Pack-Smart’sreputation for precision through uncompromising quality standards.
• Lead with Purpose – Inspire, coach, andelevate a talented team of technicians and assemblers.
• Collaborate to Win – Sync withEngineering, Sales, and Support to align operations with business goals.
• Track the Metrics – Report on KPIs,costs, and timelines with clarity and confidence.
