Fountain Tire High River – Automotive Technician

Fountain Tire High River is looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team!

Responsibilities

Diagnose cause of any malfunction on a customer’s vehicle

Perform appropriate repairs with accuracy and efficiency

Complete approved service on customer vehicles

Test and adjust vehicle systems to manufacturer’s performance specifications

Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications, and tune‑ups

Advise customers and associates on work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair requirements

Maintain mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis

Operate company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner

Support customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries

Qualifications

Fully licensed in the Automotive Service Technician trade with ability to conduct out‑of‑province inspections and Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program (CVIP)

Willing and able to work a flexible schedule to complete required work orders

Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and wheel alignment experience

Diagnostic specialist who enjoys keeping up with modern technology

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Commitment to providing a superior customer experience

Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driver’s abstract from province of residence on an annual basis
