Base pay range

CA$70,000.00 / yr - CA$75,000.00 / yr

Without exception - 5 days onsite from day 1 at Vancouver, BC

Compensation CAD 70,000 to CAD 75,000 per year plus benefits

Responsibilities

Review bugs / tasks from offshore testers before they get assigned to developers
Follow up on high-priority and blocking issues
File high signal tasks that can be assigned directly to developers – work very effectively with QA lead and rest of the QA team
Follow up on important incremental changes and ensure they are covered
Provide weekly reports on tasks executed

Qualifications

10 years of experience in manual / functional testing

Experience in the testing domain

Familiarity with testing life cycle processes, test case planning, test case designing and test execution

Experience in mobile application testing

Expertise in end-to-end sanity, regression, smoke, and new feature testing

Experience in test results and bug analysis

Experience working in teams with offshore

Expertise in various defect management and test case management tools like Jira, Quality Center, TestRail, Bugzilla, etc.

Good communication and reporting skills
