Dilawri Group of Companies is currently looking to fill a position for a Regional Controller – BC Region.
The Regional Controller – BC Region is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of multiple dealerships across British Columbia. This role provides strategic financial leadership, ensures compliance with accounting standards and manufacturer requirements, and partners closely with Dealer Principals, General Managers, and regional leadership to drive financial performance, operational discipline, and long-term profitability. This position reports to the Regional Director of Finance.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Oversight
- Provide leadership and oversight of accounting and finance functions across multiple dealerships.
- Establish, implement, and maintain consistent accounting policies, procedures, systems, and internal controls across the region.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial records and reporting.
- Act as a key management member for accounting department as well as key financial advisor to store management and regional leadership team.
