The Opportunity

Reporting to the Construction Director, you will lead multidisciplinary teams including project coordinators, engineers, superintendents, and self-perform crews, while overseeing projects that require exceptional planning, documentation, safety discipline, and stakeholder coordination. In this capacity you’ll lead teams, manage risk and deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and accountability.

Using procurement models including Design-Build, Construction Management, and General Contracting, you’ll manage work where planning precision, constructability and execution excellence truly matter.

What We’re Specifically Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following environments :

• Department of National Defense (DND) projects
• Healthcare or highly regulated institutional facilities
• Secure, operational, or occupied buildings, including schools
• Multi-residential
• Light Industrial

In addition, experience navigating security clearances, controlled sites, detailed reporting requirements, and multiple stakeholder layers is a strong asset.
