If you're passionate, driven, and ready to be bold, we want you on our team! Apply now and let's grow together. As Head of DevOps your core focus areas will be on scaling and future-proofing our DevOps org and infrastructure.

You will guide the team in tackling scalability and reliability issues, and develop the DevOps roadmap together with senior Engineering leadership.

Your responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership : Define and drive the DevOps strategy, aligning it with overall technology and business goals
  • Team Management : Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers, fostering high performance and growth
  • Automation : Maintain and improve CI / CD pipelines, ensuring the automation of all processes such as builds, testing, and deployments
  • Infrastructure as Code : Oversee infrastructure provisioning, ensuring scalability and reliability using tools like Terraform
  • Cloud Operations : Manage our AWS environment ensuring cost efficiency, security, and scalability
  • Monitoring & Performance : Extend monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure high availability, performance, and operational efficiency
  • Security Best Practices : Continue work started with SOC 2 to integrate security protocols into the DevOps lifecycle, ensuring compliance and resilience against threats
  • Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to streamline the software development lifecycle and improve cross-functional workflows
  • Incident Management : Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for system outages and performance bottlenecks
  • Toolchain Optimization : Evaluate and adopt new DevOps tools and technologies, continuously improving workflows and practices
  • Cost Management : Optimize cloud and infrastructure spending, ensuring financial efficiency across operations

Your profile :

  • Experience : 10+ years in IT / Engineering roles with 5+ years specifically in DevOps leadership or management
  • Technical Expertise : Deep understanding AWS, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Istio), and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Leadership Skills : Proven experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams, with strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • CI / CD Expertise : Extensive experience in setting up and managing CI / CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent
  • Automation Focused : Expertise in automation and infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Security Conscious : Strong understanding of security best practices in DevOps, with experience in compliance and governance standards
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
