AtFamily Services Windsor-Essex (FSWE), we empower individuals and families through counselling, education, and community support. Were currently inviting skilled Affiliate Counsellors to join our clinical team, providing high-quality counselling and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to individuals, couples, families, youth, and children.

As anAffiliate Counsellor, youll work as an independent contractor, delivering clinical services to FSWE and FSEAP clients.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing short-term, solution-focused counselling and EAP clinical support
• Conducting assessments and developing goal-oriented treatment plans
• Maintaining accurate, confidential client documentation
• Adhering to FSWE and EAP clinical protocols, standards, and ethical guidelines
