About the role
As an in-store representative, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and helping them navigate our range of energy-efficient solutions. You’ll build strong relationships, provide tailored product advice, and support customers in finding the right solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement : Communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Facilitate Sales & Appointments : Assist customers with checkout and schedule in-home consultations for larger projects.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with your team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service.
- Report and Resolve : Communicate customers’ feedback and concerns to the management team to ensure swift resolution and high satisfaction levels.
What we’re looking for
