Winter Co-op : Business Analyst (Contact Center)

A leading electricity provider in Ontario is seeking a Business Analyst Co-Op for a winter role. The position involves assisting in project and sustainment support for the contact center, including meeting coordination and process documentation. Candidates should be in their 3rd or 4th year of Business Administration or Computer Science studies. Experience with Microsoft products is essential.
