Project Manager

Duties And Responsibilities

• Design websites using company preferred methods
• Review teamwork and collaborate to meet design requirements and deadlines
• Design graphics for print and digital materials
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objective , involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Leading project planning sessions
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with the project's objectives and timelines.
• Track processes for projects to create templates of workflow.
• Provide professional implementation and support services to clients resulting in smooth, well-coordinated implementations that meets target s .
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Identify , assess, and monitor risk throughout the project life cycle and work with management to mitigate and address risk.
• Tracking and ensuring appropriate contracts / agreements .
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Assess changing project needs and propose innovations to address them and / or develop additional services.
• Prepare regular progress reports and present findings to team, management, and clients .
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Conducting project review and creat e detailed reports for executive staff.
• Monitor and track project's progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Data reporting & updates.
• Submit claims for reimbursement with all required documentation, managing budget and finances for the project.

Requirements

Education and Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or post graduate college certificate in project management, social sciences, business administration, or a related field.
• Must have 5 + years experience in website and graphic design
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
• Search Engine Optimization Knowledge
• Website and G raphic D esign Knowledge in D uda and WordPress is required .
• Experience in managing client relationships.
• Experience in tracking and reporting on partner performance.
• Experience in developing and executing partner enablement programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management, calendar management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.

Benefits

• Permanent, Full-time
• Salary : $65,000 $75,000 a year
• 40 per week.
• M onday to Friday
• Location : Mississauga (Onsite)
• Proposed Resumption date : September 30th, 2024
