We are looking for energetic Servers to enhance our service team at Earls Kitchen + Bar. Our Servers build genuine and authentic connections that last a lifetime. Servers understand the true meaning of hospitality and deliver exceptional service with each interaction.

This range is provided by Earls Kitchen + Bar. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

CA$17.85 / hr - CA$25.00 / hr

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dining experiences for Earls guests. Using your multi-tasking skills, anticipate and deliver on guests\' needs to provide exceptional service.
• Create authentic connections in every interaction. Elevate the guest experience through engaging conversations with guests.
• Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems using your multi-tasking and communication skills; empower yourself and your team to make decisions.
• Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience. Display love for food and drink through exceptional menu and product knowledge.
• Adapt to any situation with ease. Use your organizational skills and commitment to the guest experience.
