What We Need

Mining Lawyer

• 8+ years of legal experience, preferably in both a law firm and in-house legal department.
• 5+ years as a subject matter expert providing legal advice on mining law.
• Experience and ability to draft, negotiate, and review a variety of agreements including exploration, lease, option, engineering, design, and operations agreements.
• Toxic substances reporting and disclosure, remediation of mine sites, land assembly and land use.
• Familiarity with ESG strategies.
• Experience with public mining companies preferred
