Project Manager

Adecco is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading restoration company in Saskatoon, SK, earning $100,000 per year. In this dual-capacity position, you'll manage restoration projects from start to finish while providing operational oversight for the Branch. Pay Rate : $100k / year.

Job type : Permanent | Full-time Responsibilities :

Oversee new claims from initial inspection through to project completion, ensuring superior quality and client satisfaction.

Manage all aspects of restoration projects including scoping, sketching, estimating, job costing, resource coordination, and communication with clients and adjusters.

Set clear expectations with clients regarding timelines and deliverables for emergency services, contents, abatement, and repairs.

Collaborate with internal teams and sub-trades to ensure timely, on-budget delivery that meets quality standards.

Partner with Project Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely administrative support.

Monitor invoicing and collections to maintain healthy project margins.

Build and maintain strong relationships with adjusters, insurance partners, and property managers to drive ongoing business.

Provide mentorship and leadership to staff across departments.

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with company standards.

Approve staffing and overhead costs; coordinate with HR on hiring and training.

Resolve escalated issues using professionalism and effective conflict resolution.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, proper PPE use, and equipment maintenance. Requirements :

Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

4-5 years of hands-on experience in the restoration industry.

Proven project management success with strong client relationship skills.

IICRC WRT certification (required).

Background in carpentry, abatement, or water damage restoration.

Valid Alberta driver's license with a clean driving record.

Clean criminal background check.
