About the Role
This role has overlap with an Executive Assistant position — but it goes further.
You’ll still support leadership and help keep things organized and moving.
But instead of centering your work around one executive, you’ll take ownership of the office, administrative, and bookkeeping backbone of the company.
Many of our systems currently live in people’s heads. This role helps turn that knowledge into clear, usable processes — and helps the team actually adopt them.
This is a hands-on, multi-hat role in a growing company. It’s ideal for an EA who enjoys ownership, systems, and making things work better.
