Job Description
Our client, a prominent organization in the utilities sector, is seeking a Financial Project Coordinator to assist the Senior Program Manager and Project Management Office with various projects, particularly those related to finance.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Project Managers and project team members, to support ongoing finance projects
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint for document management, as well as Microsoft Project for project scheduling, resource management and time sheeting
- Maintain project distribution lists for communications and meeting attendance
- Handle preparation and logistical setup for project meetings, including taking meeting notes and subsequent follow-up on action items
- Formalize stakeholder presentations to convey project status and budget information

Requirements
- Foundational understanding of PMO (Project Management Office) structure
- Financial domain experience
- Microsoft SharePoint and MS Office Suite of Products
- 3+ years of experience in PC capacity
- Nice to have experience within the Utilities space.
