Position Overview :

Finning Canada is seeking a Ticketed Maintenance Person for our facility located in Prince George. The successful candidate will hold a Red Seal in a Building / Construction Trade consideration will also be given candidates who also have a Power Engineering Ticket. This position is responsible for facilities maintenance and preventative maintenance activities.

Job Description :

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Review inspection and repair documents for accuracy completeness and adherence to scope requirements
• Track and provide technical input / recommendations on inspection and repair reports
• Using the CMMS program maintain a history of all inspections and repairs
• Contact the appropriate vendors for prompt repairs
• Maintain responsibility for facility equipment and day to day repairs
• Follow-up on recommendations for improvement and ensure implementation
• Ability to work with limited supervision and have the ability to prioritize work
• Maintenance of equipment cleaning and maintaining areas performing scheduled PM services.
• Follow-up on recommendations for improvement and ensure implementation
