EXECUTIVE OPERATOR

We’re hiring an Executive Operator — someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and loves taking ownership. This isn’t a typical “assistant” job. There’s no strict playbook or rigid corporate structure. We’re looking for a go-getter who wants to be at the center of a rapidly growing company. Uncle Wiener’s Wholesale is expanding fast across multiple divisions : Wholesale, Auctions, Dirt Works, Demolition, and our new Super Center concept. We need someone who can help keep the engine running smoothly.

What you’ll do (varies daily) :

• Assist leadership with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
• Coordinate projects across divisions
• Support marketing, logistics, and events as needed
• Keep communication tight between departments
• Jump in wherever the business needs support
• Bring order, speed, and clarity to a busy environment

$40,000 – $50,000 / year based on capability, with room to grow.

Performance-based increases available as responsibility expands.
