Salary :
M3 Development Management is searching for aProject Manager to join our team in the Calgary office. This isn't a desk-bound role or a passive advisory position. It's a hands-on opportunity to lead, influence, and deliver complex development projects with precision.
A Day in the Life :
At M3, no two days will look alike. As one of our Project Managers, you get to determine what each day will look like for you. Key responsibilities include :
- Manage all phases of a projects lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring technical standards and client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Provide strategic direction in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor project coordintators.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Chair key meetings and drive effective communication and scope management.
- Engage in business development activities and foster relationships with potential new clients.
- Seek to enhance processes across the company, champion innovation, and uphold technical excellence in all project phases.
What You Bring :
Post-secondary qualification in architecture, engineering, or a related field.7+ years of postgraduate experience in project management, construction, cost consulting, or development.Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder groups.Proficiency in MS Office SuiteStrong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing and developing teams.Extensive experience in managing project timelines, resources, costs, and risks.What We're Looking For in You :
