We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee the operations of our flagship corporate-run QSR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and the food industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and training.
About the Role : Duties :
Duties :
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Train and mentor staff on food handling, service standards, and operational procedures.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Experience :
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the food service industry.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and regulations.
- Proven track record in supervising and motivating a team to deliver outstanding service.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and staff.
