In this role you will be supporting manufacturing and industrial clients to provide information on products and support sales.
Your role involves taking orders, cultivating customer relationships to support sales and overall branch success. Don't miss out on a great opportunity!Key Responsibilities : - Prioritize customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and effectively communicating product features and benefits- Understand and respect customer needs and expectations- Utilize comprehensive knowledge of product features and benefits to optimize sales opportunities with each customer- Expand our prospect database and ensure timely follow-up on leads- Handle inbound calls, converting prospects into sales and addressing customer inquiries- Address and resolve prospective customer objections- Enter and update customer information within our corporate database- Investigate and resolve customer service issues in a timely mannerRequirements : - 3+ years of experience in B2B inside sales and customer support, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector- Knowledge or familiar with mechanical products.
