Everline Coatings is a growing pavement marking and maintenance company serving commercial, institutional, and multi-residential properties. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales & Business Development Representative to help expand our customer base and drive new business. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building with property managers, strata councils, schools, and commercial property owners. The Sales Representative will identify opportunities and qualify prospects, while pricing and proposals will be handled by the owner to ensure accuracy and consistency.
This is a part-time, performance-oriented role with hourly base pay plus commission, offering strong upside for candidates who enjoy building relationships and being rewarded for results.
