Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Broker, based in Uxbridge, ON, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Insurance Broker will manage client interactions and provide tailored insurance solutions for both personal and commercial needs. Responsibilities include evaluating insurance requirements, advising on suitable policies, processing insurance applications, and assisting clients with claims. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in Insurance Brokerage, Insurance, and Financial products and services
• Strong skills in Customer Service, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
• Understanding of Retirement Planning and related solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment
• Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance and financial services
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
