IT Project Manager

We are looking for a full‑time IT Project Manager to join our IT team in Langley, BC. The role reports to the Senior Manager, PMO.

Responsibilities

• Defining project goals and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Directing and managing project development from beginning to end using a defined project management methodology.
• Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Identifying and managing project risks, dependencies, and critical path.
• Ensuring that project status and issues are communicated to project team, stakeholders, and sponsors.
• Effectively setting and continually managing project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Determining and assessing needs for additional staff and / or consultants needed to achieve project goals during the project cycle.
• Assisting with the development of best practices and tools for project execution and management.
• Conducting post‑mortems, PIRs, and creating recommendation reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Compensation

$83,394.00 – $104,243.00 (salary range; may vary by location, education, skills, experience and other factors).
