Inside Sales - Account Manager

On behalf of our client ResumeTarget, a leading provider of professional resume writing services. We are seeking a skilled Account Manager (Inside Sales) to join their team and drive business growth in North America.

This role entails selling resume writing and career transition services. As an Account Manager (Inside Sales), you will handle incoming calls exclusively (no cold calling required).

Responsibilities :

• Manage incoming inquiries and calls effectively, ensuring high-quality interactions.
• Tailor and promote our professional resume writing services to meet each customer's unique qualifications and needs.
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process and registration.
• Enhance customer engagement and satisfaction by collaborating with the support team and adhering to proper procedures in addressing client inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities using CRM software.
• Meet daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and handle up to 30 calls per day.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or a high-volume call center setting.
• Exceptional listening skills and the ability to establish rapport with customers.
• Demonstrated success in a high-volume call center environment.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, adaptable, and constantly evolving work environment.
