What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Prospect and close sales to new customers to achieve budgeted sales goalsManage existing business relationships and implement retention strategiesHandle customer cancellation requests and secure contract commitments during interactionsDevelop and maintain sales pipeline while managing prospects in the databaseCollaborate with internal teams to resolve unique customer issues and optimize service offeringsWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or High School Diploma / GED with 4 years of relevant work experienceMinimum of 4 years of experience in direct business-to-business sales, cold calling, and phone-based prospectingMust reside and work in CanadaHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
