will meet IA-Pre requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the product development team to ensure that IA-Pre controls are integrated into the product design
- Conduct regular cybersecurity reviews of products during the development phase
- Identify potential Vulnerabilities or control deficiencies and develop strategies with the product teams to mitigate them
- Conducting security training for employees and customers
Education and Experience Required
- A Diploma or Degree in a relevant area of study with preference for Computer Science / Cybersecurity
- 2 years of experience in product security or cybersecurity architecture related experience
- Knowledge of IA-Pre / NIST 800-53 controls is an asset
- CISSP certification is an asset
Specialized Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Collaborating with the product development teams (satellite and ground systems) to ensure that security is integrated into the product design
- Experience with cybersecurity concepts within satellite and ground systems
- Conducting security reviews of products during the development phase
- Identifying potential Vulnerabilities and developing strategies to mitigate them
Decision Making and Supervision
- Make decisions and recommendations within established procedures, based on IA-Pre and other compliance frameworks
- Coordination with security team as well as business partners
- Work under minimum supervision
Working Conditions
- Generally comfortable office working environment
- Although limited, the employee must be able to travel to corporate facilities
