Responsibilities
- Will coordinate and prioritize vehicle repair and maintenance requests, ensuring that they are efficiently addressed to minimize downtime. Additionally, will maintain detailed records of service requests, track maintenance schedules, and assist in managing the maintenance budget, contributing to the safe and reliable operation of our fleet within the trucking industry.
- First point of contact for CCS customers.
- Maintaining an updated spreadsheet of equipment damage for the Edmonton maintenance shop.
- Schedule vendor repairs and issue purchase orders.
- Inquiring with claims in regards to damages, following up with operations managers to have driver fill out reports.
- Two way communication with CCS Operations to provide updates as required.
