Job Description :
In this role the Billings Specialist will generate and review with the Customer Service Manager and others with the customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual terms and maintain the billing and tracking file.
Additionally, the Billings Specialist will
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with accounting standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries and issues, providing timely and professional responses to CSM.
- Respond to all billing related emails and escalate where necessary.
- Maintain customer contact information in NetSuite ERP and Salesforce keeping these up to date as required.

Job Requirements :
- College diploma in accounting, finance or a related field.
- Required to work in the office three times a week.
- Proven experience in billing roles in a SaaS or Fintech company preferably within K-12 education industry.
- Proficiency with NetSuite required.
- Attentive to detail and analytical.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information
