Responsibilities

• Extensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
• Executing food and drink orders in a timely manner
• Ensuring food and drink quality is as per organizational standards
• Communicating all current JRG promotions to guests
• Handling cash and credit card transactions in a professional and timely manner
• Adhering to JRG Policies and Procedures, including daily implementation of the 18 Steps of Service
• Assist with daily and weekly scheduled environment cleaning practices
