Content Creator & Digital Marketing Coordinator (Freelance, Winnipeg Preferred)

We're looking for a reliable and skilled content creator and digital marketing coordinator who can help us bring our brand stories to life across social media, email marketing, and digital platforms.

This role is focused on strong execution : creating and delivering high-quality content, building emails, assisting with paid ads, and supporting digital campaigns — based on clear direction and planning.

The Role :

We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated executor who loves working behind the scenes to create beautiful and consistent content. You’ll take campaign plans and turn them into engaging posts, emails, ads, and landing pages — bringing ideas to life through great writing, visuals, and execution.

This is a freelance / contractor role with consistent hours (~30–35 hours / week) and potential for long-term growth with our brand.

Location : Winnipeg preferred (for in-person content creation opportunities), but open to strong remote candidates across Canada.

What You’ll Do : Social Media (50%)

• Create and post 4–5 pieces of content weekly (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Capture and edit basic photo and video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories).
• Edit visuals in Photoshop, Canva, or Figma.
• Write captions that align with our brand voice (personal, warm, and engaging).
• Schedule posts and assist with community engagement.
