Relief Operator – Fraser Valley Brewery (Chilliwack)

As a Relief Operator you will support the Brewing, Packaging, and Warehouse Team. Your responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, managing processes through computer programs, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and assisting improvement efforts across departments. This is a unionized position under SEIU Local 2 Branch Local 300. You will work rotating shifts Monday through Friday, with possible overtime including weekends. The position is paid $29.15 per hour, with eligibility for annual assignment based on production needs and seniority.

What You’ll Be Brewing

• Compliance with all Quality and Safety principles and procedures (PPE, FIFO, etc.)
• Running equipment, managing processes, and ensuring production goals are met
• Willingness to cross‑train in multiple departments
• Housekeeping and cleanliness of work areas
• Acceptance of necessary training to fulfill work duties
• Willingness to work rotating shifts
• Perform any other duties as directed by the team leader
