We are seeking energetic, positive and hospitality-driven people to join our dynamic service team. The ideal candidate possesses a genuine love for hospitality, enjoys engaging with guests, thrives in a fast-paced upscale dining environment, and is committed to continuous improvement. A strong background in food and wine with at least 5 years of experience providing top-notch service in a similar setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor; foster a positive and inviting atmosphere throughout the dining experience.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly and courteously.
• Provide exemplary service by delivering orders accurately and efficiently; demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, including food and beverage offerings, to guide guests through their selections.
• Maintain awareness of dining room flow and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service.
• Actively seek and welcome feedback from guests; collaborate with colleagues and management to implement feedback and enhance service quality.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members; communicate effectively to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
