Instrumentation Technician/Technologist

We are currently accepting applications from JOURNEYPERSON INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIANS OR INSTRUMENTATION TECHNOLOGISTS for a FIFO (fly-in / fly-out) mining project.JOB DUTIES

• Working on VFDs and PLCs
• Working with 4 to 20 milliamp loop systems
• Working with conveyors and crushers
• Installation and calibration of transmitters and sensors
• Other related duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Journeyperson status or Technologist diploma
• Valid Fall Protection and Confined Space certificates
• Maintenance experience preferred
• Experience on large industrial sites would be considered an asset
• Safety-focused
• Punctual and team player

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Prompt weekly pay
• Rates $52 / hr (includes vacation pay and OT)
• 12-hour shifts (7 : 00am to 7 : 00pm)
• 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation
• Flights, accommodation and meals provided
• Duration : 6+ months
