Duration: 1 Year with possible extension of 6 months

Location : Remote

Mandatory Requirements

  • Experience in coordinating with business, IT partners, and other subject matter experts to gather and analyze all of a client's business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Experience dealing with clients and explaining complex data principles in a thoughtful manner.
  • Experience documenting user requirements, business processes, and workflows.
  • Experience in a leadership and/or facilitation role.
  • Experience in the design, development and implementation of complex IT solutions.
  • Experience working within an agile development environment.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor degree in IT or related field of study.
  • Product Owner certification: CSPO or PSPO
  • Direct, hands‑on experience performing business requirement analysis related to data manipulation/transformation, cleansing and wrangling.
  • Ensuring data quality, security, and governance.
  • Experience aligning data architecture with organizational data strategies and digital service delivery goals.
  • Experience evaluating policies, programs, and initiatives using program development principles
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience using analytical and problem solving skills to plan and design creative solutions.
  • Experience with BI and advanced data analytics in an organization of equivalent size and complexity Experience with business writing, communication and documentation.
  • Experience with change management.
  • Experience working with digital or data product (data pipelines, data user interfaces, data catalogues, data architecture

Required Experience

  • An understanding of Agile framework (SCRUM) through demonstrated experience.
  • A results driven mindset and able to function independently, while engaging with other stakeholders and team members as required to deliver outcomes.
  • A thorough understanding and experience using an Agile/Hybrid approach. Experience with tools such as JIRA is preferred.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to apply and interpret complex legislations/regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and productively to achieving outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience conducting a gap analysis between legacy systems and modern solutions.
  • Project management experience and leading product team members and staff to achieve results, and the ability to
  • Apply a collaborative and integrated approach to achieve corporate goals.
